This exciting project will progress to demolition of the existing building and pre-building works in late 2024. The design features a striking gabled entrance and spectacular angled roofline at the back, shading an all-weather entertainment area.
The home will include 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, rumpus/media room and a walk in temperature controlled wine room. The luxury heated pool will be crafted to a exclusive bespoke design.
Sustainability is also a strong feature of the design, which includes solar panels and battery, with EV charging built in.
Open-plan living at its best lies at the heart of this custom home design, which also features a muted natural colour palette that is both relaxing and sophisticated. This residence will feature a state-of-the-art kitchen designed to delight and cater to the most discerning entertainers, Escea gas heating, and automated window features. The sleek and stylish bathroom has an in-home spa vibe that is perfect for pampering. All finishes will all be of exceptional quality, thanks to the work of our interior architects.
The house will be equipped with ample solar and battery capacity, allowing it to run off-grid and be self-sufficient, including EV charging and home automation.
I cannot wait to start building 19@Fullarton. I am in love with this design and the way it embodies modern design with timeless elegance.
