Referral Program

Terms & Conditions

Effective May 2025

These terms and conditions apply to the AP Designer Homes Referral Program. By submitting a referral, you agree to the following:

  1. Eligibility to Refer
  • Referrers can be clients, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, or members of the public.
  • AP Designer Homes staff and immediate family members are excluded from receiving the referral reward.
  • The referrer must be over 18 years of age.

 

  1. Referral Submission
  • All referrals must be submitted via our official referral form on our website or emailed directly to our office before the referred party makes initial contact with AP Designer Homes.
  • If the referred contact is already in our database or has previously been in touch, the referral will not be valid.

 

  1. Referral Reward
  • A successful referral is defined as a referred person or party who signs a building contract with AP Designer Homes for a new custom home build, major renovation, or large-scale addition.
  • Both the referrer and the referred client will receive a reward of $3,000 each:
    • The referrer will receive $3,000 by EFT once the referred client’s construction project has commenced (typically defined as pouring of the slab or similar agreed milestone).
    • The referred client will receive $3,000 credit applied to their building contract.

 

  1. Limitations
  • One reward per contracted project (e.g. if multiple people refer the same client, the first valid referral received will apply).
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Referrals must lead to a minimum contract value of $500,000 to qualify for the reward.

 

  1. Payment Terms
  • Reward payment to the referrer will be made within 14 days of the build’s construction commencement milestone being reached.
  • AP Designer Homes reserves the right to determine construction commencement and contract status at its sole discretion.

 

  1. Program Changes
  • AP Designer Homes may update or discontinue this Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any valid referral received before the program changes will still be honoured under the terms at the time of submission.
