Refer a friend, family member, colleague, or client to AP Designer Homes.
If they sign a building contract with us for a custom home, major renovation or addition, we’ll reward:
You with $5,000
Them with $5,000 credit toward their build
Anyone! Whether you’re a past client, a supplier, a real estate agent, or simply someone who knows the kind of homes we build, your recommendation means the world to us.
The referral must be submitted before we’ve had any prior contact with the person you’re referring.
Payment is made within 7 days once the referred clients construction has commenced.
The $5,000 reward for the referrer is paid via EFT, and the referred client will see a $5,000 credit applied to their contract.
No limit on the number of referrals – refer as many people as you like!
