Built over 3 levels on a sloping block, this 5 bedroom project demonstrates our approach to the highest quality at the finest level of detail. Each bedroom has an ensuite, plus the design also includes a walk in robe for the main bedroom and two additional powder rooms.
A modern, airy space, this home delivers a luxe ambience through the beautifully crafted finishes and ultimate comfort with underfloor heating, automated window furnishings and a heated swimming pool.
Home automation and security is seamlessly integrated into this design, as is energy efficient solar power with a backup battery and EV charging facilities in the four car garage.
Comfort and convenience are front and centre in this open and efficient design, allowing easy flow through all areas of the home. The spacious kitchen invites family and guests to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Thoughtful lighting emphasises the design elements while ensuring working areas are stylishly practical and the sophisticated colour palette melds shades of natural timber with matte black accents.
This project brought challenges in taking over a project part way through. Our team managed major rectifications to ensure site safety and assisted the client with the addition of a swimming pool to the design.
Our client for this build was overseas for much of this build, so access to be able to easily view progress on site through our 24/7 realtime technology was vital to both the owner and to us to be able to finish this build on time.
